Handling of Products/Order
Omaha Fast Foods takes great care in the handling of all products ordered through our system. Amongst enforcing good hygiene practices, Omaha Fast Foods supplies all Personal Shoppers and Delivery Drivers with disinfectant hand wipes for convenient access. We implement a picking order where all cold/warm products are picked last. This process helps ensure your products arrive in fresh and acceptable conditions. All products are then immediately sent through checkout and delivered to your destination during your chosen time frame. Omaha Fast Foods does not personally store any products and all products are acquired from third party suppliers.
Returns and Recalls
All Sales are final unless backed by our 24 hour Customer Service Guarantee. In the event a product is no longer needed on your order, please phone us at (402)953-6200 and the product can be removed from your order.
Omaha Fast Foods does monitor all product recalls. Due to the fact that Omaha Fast Foods does not store any product on hand, we cannot handle any recall issues. In the event of an item being recalled, Omaha Fast Foods will personally notify the customers who have purchased the recalled item. We then will direct you to the proper store front to address the recalled item.
