Handling of Products/Order
Omaha Fast Foods takes great care in the handling of all products ordered through our system. We implement a picking order where all cold/warm products are picked last. Our delivery vehicles are also outfitted with temperature controlled units to ensure all products arrive in fresh and acceptable conditions. Omaha Fast Foods does not personally wharehouse any products and all products are acquired from third party suppliers.
Returns and Recalls
All Sales are final unless backed by our 24 hour Customer Service Guarantee. In the event a product is no longer needed on your order, please phone us at (402)953-6200 and the product can be removed from your order.
On behalf of our customers, Omaha Fast Foods does monitor and handle all product recalls. In the event a product within our catalog is placed on a recalled list, each purchasing customer will be notified of the recall via email & phone. If product recall specs can be matched & confirmed, a refund for the purchase amount will be processed.
