Conditions of Use
By using our Next-Day service, the customer agrees to these conditions:
• All Next-Day Orders meet the minimum purchase amount of $50.
• All Next-Day Orders will be backed by our “Delivery Service Guarantee."
• All Next Day-Orders will be backed by our “Money Back Service Guarantee."
• All Next-Day Orders will allow for a 2 hour delivery time block.
• All Next-Day Orders will be charged a $4.99 Shopping and Delivery Fee.
• All Next-Day Orders will have a $250 limit cap. Any order totaling over $250 will be charged an additional $4.99 Shopping and Delivery fee.
By using the Same-Day service, the customer agrees to these conditions:
• All Same-Day Orders meet the minimum purchase amount of $50.
• All Same-Day Orders will be backed by our "Delivery Service Guarantee."
• All Same-Day Orders will be backed by our "Money Back Service Guarantee."
• All Same Day Orders will be placed before 1:00 pm.
• All Same Day Orders will allow a 3 hour shopping period to process the order.
• All Same Day Orders will require a 2 hour Delivery time Frame, of which, is at least 3 hours away from the initial time of order placement.
• All Same Day Orders will be charged a $9.99 Shopping and Delivery Fee.
• All Same Day Orders will have a $250 limit cap. Any order totaling over $250 will be charged an additional $9.99 Shopping and Delivery fee.
Money Back Service Guarantee: (24 Hour)
Here at Fast Foods, our #1 goal is to deliver a superior service at an affordable price. We aim to have your order off the shelf and in our personal possession for less than a 45 minute time frame, cold/warm products are always picked last. By maintaining this service standard, ensures your product arrives in acceptable conditions and ready to eat, drink and serve. In the event that a customer is dissatisfied with the state or quality of their product, Fast Foods will do everything it can to assure the issue is fixed by providing a fresh product or refund for the purchase amount.
• Money Back Service Guarantee in effect for 24 hours from time of delivery. Any and all Service Guarantee inquires can be handled by phone by calling our office at (402)953-6200, or by emailing email@example.com.
All Fast Foods employees are trained in picking the freshest, ripest and coldest products off the shelf. Produce Selection training is enhanced to ensure you receive fresh quality produce. All employees are trained and reviewed on their product selection to assure Fast Foods maintains its service standards. These processes help to maintain our ability to deliver quality goods, at a quality price.
Delivery Service Guarantee:
Your time is more valuable than our time. It's something we believe in and stick to. Omaha Fast Foods prides itself on business etiquette and follows strict guidelines to assure the customer is completely satisfied. In the event Fast Foods cannot deliver your order within your allotted time frame. A full refund of the delivery charge will be applied back to the customer’s account. We insist on being punctual with our entire staff and within the way our business operates. Fast Foods will not be late! Due to unforeseeable circumstances, in the event of harsh weather conditions (snow, flooding, icy roads, high winds etc...), the “Delivery Service Guarantee” is not in effect!
Refunds & Out of Stock (O.O.S.)/Discontinued Items:
All refunds due will be paid via Paypal and Paypal will automatically credit the original credit card charged.
• Omaha Fast Foods does not stock any of the items on it's online store, so O.O.S. Items are not uncommon. We recommend to our customers to "Allow Substitutions" when placing their orders. Shopping agents are to hold strict discretion pertaining to flavor, size and quality when substituting items. In the event an item is not available for practical substitution, Omaha Fast Foods will refund the full product price back to the customer.
Refer a Friend:
The "Refer a Friend” promotion will give credit to any existing customer who refers a Friend (2) Free Delivery Charges (Next-Day Services Only), a $9.98 value for use on their next order. Each granted/held Refer a Friend credit will expire after 45 days from issuance.
• The referring customer must be an existing customer of Omahafastfoods.com
• The referring customer must have placed at minimum (1) order with Omahafastfoods.com
• If set order minimum has not been reached, all due credits will be considered held (subject to expiration), and redeemable after the initial order minimum has been reached.
• The referred friend must place an order, a sign up is not eligible for referral credits.
• To recieve your referral credit(s), all new customers must input the referring customers name in the "Referred By" field during the Sign-Up process. Failure to do so will void any possible referral credits!!!
The Customer Kick-Back is a promotion for giving back to the customer. Every 480th order that Omahafastfoods.com fills will be given their entire order including tax, delivery fee’s and grocery items up to $250 for free. Omahafastfoods.com will pick up the entire tab.
